ABOUT CHRIST DISCIPLESHIP MINISTRIES
At Christ Discipleship Ministries, we believe that everything done here is a catalyst for training; every aspect of this ministry is an opportunity for training. We believe everyone has worth and value; we will never give up on people. Instead, we strive to use every situation that arises as an opportunity to educate people in the ways of God -- according to scriptural principles -- so that the Body of Christ will become a mature, unified army that does everything in love.
Specialized classes and training have been offered in areas such as healing, the prophetic, teaching dressing for success, money management, writing, and others to prepare people spiritually and practically for service in the church and marketplace. These classes are offered on an as needed basis.
Leadership Training is made available to individuals who have a call to five-fold ministry or desire to develop leadership skills in order to be more effective in their Christian walk. Presently this requires a one year commitment (which includes attendance at all CDM services) by those who are interested in a well-rounded training course.
During this year of training, candidates are taught about:
why they think and function as they do through studies about temperaments and motivational gifts
presenting themselves in areas such as appearance, body language, etc.
the things that will help them become better equipped for service in the church and marketplace
how to change wrong behaviors and thought patterns that have caused them to be misunderstood and rejected in the past
practical training to be able to train others for works of service.
Christ Discipleship Ministries has become a site for extension courses for Beulah Heights University (BHU). Classes vary and must be registered for through BHU.
