God's Growing Army

The Children and Youth Ministry is a growing and ever developing area of Christ Discipleship Ministries. Currently we have Nursery for children age 1-3 years, Children's Church for children age 4-10 years on Sunday morning and Wednesday evening, and Youth Ministry on Sunday morning and Wednesday evening for youth age 11-16 years old.

It is the goal of our Children and Youth Ministry to help the children we minister to by teaching them how to value themselves and see themselves as God sees them.

Reaching Out To Children

CDM actively supports children's education in the Philippines and Guatemala. We also minister to the children at the Hillcrest Children's Home in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Some of these children are orphans and others are there for a period of time while their families work through challenges. All of these children face difficult circumstances in their young lives.

"People brought babies to Jesus hoping He might touch them. When the disciples saw it, they shooed them off. Jesus called them back, 'Let these children alone. Don't get between them and me. These children are the kingdom's pride and joy.'" Luke 18:15-16 (The Message Bible).
